摘  要:通过对宝浪油田联合站污水水质、腐蚀产物进行分析,指出宝浪油田污水的腐蚀主要由CO_2,O_2和硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)引起,并在试验室对影响污水腐蚀的因素进行了研究。选用耐蚀材料,控制污水pH值,注入缓蚀剂和杀菌剂,采用阴极保护和渗铝、渗镍等措施,可减轻有关设备、管道的腐蚀。The analysis of the waste water quality and corrosion products of the gathering station concludes that the corrosion of the waste water system in Baolang Oil Field is mainly caused by CO2,O2 and SRB. The study has been conducted in the laboratory on the factors affecting the waste water corrosion. The corrosion of equipment and pipeline can be mitigated by selection of corrosion - resistant materials, control of pH value of the waste water and addition of corrosion inhibitor and bactericides, application of cathodic protection and use of aluminum or nickel diffused materials.
