摘　　要：详细分析了SS3型机车制动电阻故障的现象及其原因,并提出了相应的防治措施,降低了机车制动电阻故障率,保证了机车的安全运行。The paper analyzes detailedly the braking resistance fault and its reasons on type SS 3 locomotive.The corre sponding prevention measures are put forward to reduce the fault and ensure locomotive safety running.
