摘 要:设计了一种用于超宽频低温接收机后级放大的宽带低噪声放大器,并给出了仿真和测试结果。该低噪声放大器采用三个单片级联,并在级间加入了均衡和衰减网络对增益进行修正,使增益平坦度得到很大改善,同时对噪声等指标影响较小。最终实现的低噪声放大器在1~9GHz频率范围内,常温噪声系数优于2d B,增益大于35d B,平坦度小于3.5d B,输入输出驻波比小于2.5,输出1d B压缩点功率大于10d Bm。A kind of low noise post-amplifier for UWB cryogenic receiver is designed in this paper,and the simulation and test data are presented. Three-stage MMIC were used in the amplifier,for the gain correction of the amplifier,equalization and attenuation network were used between two chips,it makes the gain flatness effectively,while less influence on noise figure and others. The fabricated LNA has realized the good performance in the range of 1 ~ 9GHz,room temperature noise coefficient is less than 2d B,the gain is greater than 35 d B,flatness of gain is less than 3. 5d B,input and output SWR is less than 2. 5 and the power 1d B compression is more than 10 d Bm.
