摘 要:采用谐振法,基于小孔耦合设计了W波段矩形槽交错双栅色散测试方案。考虑了倒圆角带来的影响,采用精密计算机数控技术(CNC)工艺加工慢波结构进行测试,获得了辨识较高的谐振峰,得到了0~π相移范围内所有对应的本征谐振点。基于小孔耦合谐振法的仿真值与严格谐振法、准周期法的仿真值相比最大偏差0.1%,证明了色散测试方案的合理性。基于小孔耦合谐振法的实测值与仿真值相比最大偏差0.3491%,充分说明慢波结构的加工精度满足工程应用需求,这些结果为深入开展下一步试验打下良好基础。Adopting the resonance method and the small hole coupling method, The test scheme of W-band rectangular slot staggered dual grating dispersion is designed in this paper. Considering the influence of rounded corner, CNC technology is used for machining the slow-wave structure to perform test, in this way, the resonance peak with higher resolution is obtained, and all corresponding eigen-resonance points in the phase shift of 0 to π are obtained. The simulation values obtained from the resonance method and the small hole coupling method are fit to the exact resonance method and the quasi-periodic method, the maximum deviation is less than 0.1%,which proves the rationality of the test scheme. The measured results are quite fit to the simulation values and the maximum deviation is 0.3491%, which proves the manufacture precision of CNC meet the need of engineering applications and lays a good foundation for the further experiment.
