摘　　要：为了在车辆上推广应用GPS技术 ,实现定位导航功能 ,并在监控中心实现车辆的监控管理调度功能 ,对“基于GSM的车辆定位监控系统及短消息通信方法”进行了深入地分析与研究 ,特别是对GSM移动通信网组网方案的选择、手机短消息通信方法的设计与实现进行了详细的说明 ,而且提出了在PDU模式和Text模式下短消息通信的实现方法。实践证明 。In order to popularize and apply GPS technology on the vehicle to realize the function of the orientation and navigation and the function of the monitoring, management, in Monitor & Control Center, ″Vehicle Orientation and Monitoring & Control System Based on the GSM and SMS Communication Method″ are analyzed and researched deeply, especially the project selection based on the GSM, the design and realization method of the handset SMS communication are illuminated in detail, moreover the programme realization technology of the SMS communication is put forward in the PDU mode and in the Text mode.
