摘　　要：示教是为定子线圈包扎绝缘带过程中关键的环节。提出两种分别基于在线动态示教及离线PTP示教的算法 ,数控包带机通过它们可在线或离线获得定子线圈中心线的空间轨迹 ,为高质量包扎绝缘带提供了几何数据基础。Teaching is a crucial step in the process of insulating generator stator′s bars with insulating tape. Two teaching algorithms based on online-dynamic and offline-PTP respectively are given. The numerical control insulating machine can obtain the central line track of the bar online or offline by them. The central line track obtained by the algorithms provides important geometrical data for the machine to insulate the bar with high quality.
