160W绿激光治疗大体积前列腺增生的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨160W绿激光汽化术治疗体积大于80ml的BPH患者的疗效及手术技巧。方法:回顾性分析5 4例前列腺体积大于80 ml的BPH患者的围手术期及术后随访相关指标。结果:手术进行顺利,手术时间平均(78.0±15.3)min,术后留置尿管时间(3.0±1.5)d,术后住院时间(5.4±1.3)s。术后患者的IPSS评分,QOL评分,Q_(max)评分,膀胱剩余尿量RUV均较术前取得明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术中无电切综合征发生,无输血病例。随访6个月均无尿失禁及尿路狭窄等并发症的发生。结论:160W绿激光汽化术对体积火于80 ml的BPH患者安全性高,出血少,具有良好疗效。Objective:To evaluate the operative skills and efficacy of 160 W greenlight high performance system(HPS) laser for photoselective vaporization of prostate(PVP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) of more than 80 ml.Methods:Perioperative variables of 54 patients with BPH of more than 80 ml.were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All operations were performed successfully.The average operative time,postoperative catheter indwelling time and the hospital stay were(78.0± 15.3) min,(3.0± 1.5) days,and(5.4± 1.3) days,respectively.Greatly improvement was observed in IPSS seore,QOL score,Q_(max) score and RUV after the operation(P<0.01).There was no complication of transurethal resection syndrome and need of blood infusion during the operation.No urinary tract stenosis and urinary incontinence were observed during the follow-up period of 6 months.Conclusions:160 W greenlight HPS laser for PVP in the treatment of BPH of more than 80 mL was favorable,effective and safter.
