摘　　要：本文介绍了基于《社会保障(个人)卡规范》和《广东省社会保障(个人)卡数据标准》建设社会保障(市民)卡系统时遇到的主要问题,并提供了解决方案。Based on Specifications of Social Security Card for Individual and Data Standard of Social Security Card for Individual of Guangdong, the paper introduces the problems during the implementation of Social Security (Citizen) Card System, and then details the solutions to those problems.
