中美竞技体育后备人才培养的比较

摘　　要：从中美两国竞技体育后备人才培养的观念、体制、运行机制、培养效益的比较分析入手。为我国竞技体育后备人才培养体系向着:有利于适应市场经济发展的、有利于运动员整体素质全面提升的、有利于竞技体育可持续发展的、有利于对群众体育和体育产业产生良性刺激的方向进行体制和运行机制的改革和创新提供参考。Proceeding from comparison and analysis of the views of reserve personnels training, systems operating mechanism and the benefit of training about competition sports both in China and USA, the author can make some suggestions and reference to the reserve personnels training system in our country, which should be in harmony with the market economic' s development, should be good for the competitors' over-all development and competition sports'sustainable development, meanwhile, it is supposed to have good effect on the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism about mass sports and sports industry.
