摘　　要：在现代篮球运动中,单纯的进攻和防守已经成为过去,向球进攻的战略思路已逐步被人们所接受,打破了进攻和防守的界限,使防守中增加了进攻的成分,同时迫使进攻中又含有防守的内容,防守的职责和内容也在不断地增加,对有球队员的逼近防守是为达到控制和制约有球队员的活动而采取的一种个人防守战术行动,采用近距离甚至贴身的防守,以抢夺球权,控制其活动,削弱其动作质量,切断其与同伴联系为目的的一种策略行动。In modern basketball plays, the concept of offence and defense is becoming vague. Time of absolute offence or defense has past; ideas of offence to the ball have been accepted gradually. These ideas break up the bound of defense and offence by adding some offence into defense, and fefese into offence. The responsiblility and content of defense are also increasing continuously. Pressing defense to ball is a kind of individual defense tactics which is used to try to confine and limit the movement of the play with ball. It adopts the short-distance or even body-touch-body defense in order to possess the ball, to weaken the quality of player' s movement, to cut off the connection between the player and his teammates.
