广州市海珠区新登记肺结核情况分析

摘　　要：目的　分析广州市海珠区 1997～ 2 0 0 1年新登记肺结核资料 ,评价该区 5年肺结核新登记工作。　方法　收集 1997～ 2 0 0 1年广州市海珠区结核病登记病例资料 ,并进行统计学分析。　结果　 1997～ 2 0 0 1年 ,全区新登记肺结核 2 915例 ,平均年活动性肺结核新登记率为 75 .73 / 10万 ,平均年涂阳肺结核新登记率为 2 3 .41/ 10万 ,痰涂片阳性者占 3 0 .91% ,男女新登记比例为 2 .97:1。　结论　本区年涂阳病人新登记率低于WHO结核病项目最低发现工作指标 ,3 5～ 45岁组人群发病可能与该年龄组工作奔波紧张、生活环境复杂、压力大有关 ,5 5岁以上人群发病将进一步提高。应加大结核病控制项目的宣传力度 ,提高归口管理 ;Objective To analyze new registration rate of pulmonary tuberculosis during 1997～2001 and evaluate the new registration status in Haizhu of Guangzhou. Methods To collect data of pulmonary tuberculosis in Haizhu of Guangzhou during 1997～2001 and analyze statistically them. Results newly registered pulmonary tuberculosis cases were 2 915,averagely with 75.73/100000 of newly registration rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis and averagely with 23.41/100000 of new registration rate of smear positive cases and with 30.91% of smear positive rate. The ratio of newly registration rate of male to female was 2.97:1. Conclusion New registration rate in Haizhu was less than the rate from WHO TB control. The rate of 35 age group maybe was related to their working-pressure and life-style. It is necessary that the rate of 55- age-group increase in the future. To strength the propagation of TB control and enhance the TB control management,meantime control the quality of TB spit samples and increase the detective level for the samples.
