摘　　要：结合公共卫生服务的相关理论、我国社会主义初级阶段的社会经济发展现状、我国现行公共卫生服务管理体系和法律体系、我国公立医院的地位和职能定位以及专业特征以及对我国公立医院承担公共卫生服务的现状调研结果,明确了公立医院提供公共卫生服务的范围及其内容。目的在于为管理部门制定政策提供参考、为公立医院提供公共卫生服务提出依据。Based on the related theories of public health services, current social economic development status at the primary stage of socialism in China, the management system and legal system of the current public health services in China, position, function localization and professional characteristics of public hospitals of China and the survey results on the current role of taking responsibility of public health services in public hospitals of China; it confirmed the scope and content of providing public health services in public hospitals. The aim was to provide the administrative departments references for designing policies and provide the public hospitals evidences for providing public health services.
