摘  要:本文综述了生长抑素的特点及影响动物生长、生产性能的作用机理 ,并对其耗竭剂、基因工程疫苗及主、被动免疫的研究、应用状况进行了总结、分析。生长抑素是通过抑制动物体内多种激素 (生长激素、胰岛素等 )、消化酶 (胃蛋白酶、胰液、胃酸等 )的分泌和胃肠道的运动而抑制动物的生长的。生长抑素的耗竭剂目前研究的有 :半胱胺和大豆黄酮。生长抑素的主、被动免疫在促进动物生长、改善动物的生产性能方面 ,已被大多数人接受 ,但报道结果不尽一致 ,另外也存在着一些问题 ,象激素及其代谢产物残留、过敏反应等。因此要在实践中广泛应用 ,仍需要做大量的研究。This paper reviewed the characteristic of somatostatin and the mechanism of affecting animal's growth and productivity, and address the current research status of somatostatin's inhibitor, SS gene engineering vaccine, SS active and passive immunization. Animal growth and productivity is decreased, because SS inhibit the secretion of some hormones and digestive enzyme, such as GH, Pancreatic juice, Gastralgia, Pepsin, and inhibit gastrointestinal tract creepage. Currently inhibitor of SS mainly have cysteamine and daiazein. It is accepted that SS active and passive immunization to animal can promote growth and improve productivity. However, some opinions that have reported is all not identical. During the application of SS active and passive immunization also have some problems, such as some hormones and its metabolic product residues in animal food, allergic reaction etc. So these ways of inhibit SS need much more reseaches before they are applied popularly in practise.
