摘　　要：建筑工程检验批的质量检验是新颁发的现行国家标准—《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2001——提出的一个新概念,根据该标准规定,检验批质量验收合格是建筑工程质量验收合格的基础。因此,合理的检验批验收水平应与当前正常施工质量水平相适应。混凝土构件钢筋保护层的检验是检验批验收的一项主要内容。对新标准中关于钢筋保护层的抽样检验方法的分析表明,要满足新标准对抽样方案的要求,相应于目前的施工质量水平来说要求偏高,实际验收将会发生困难。据此提出了有利于在正常施工质量水平下的正常验收的检验批质量检验的一些建议,并可望较好的控制工程质量。The inspection of the constructional quality of inspection lot is a modern concept proposed in the newly established national specification, Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering (GB 50300-2001). According to this specification, the quality of building engineering relies on the quality of inspection lot. So, the accepting level of inspection lot should be in accordance with the quality level of current construction. The inspection of steel bar protection layer in concrete components, however, is one of the main steps of inspection lot acceptance. The analysis of sampling method, which is used for steel bar protection layer in the new specification, demonstrates that it is a little too strict to meet the requirement of sampling scheme based on current practical constructional quality level. Hence, it will cause some trouble in the accepting procedure. Some ideas for sampling inspection are presented here which will be propitious to normal accepting procedure under normal construction quality level, and will contribute to a better control on construction quality.
