摘  要:用溶液培养试验研究硼与小麦不同器官中激素含量的关系。结果表明,无硼处理与对照B10处理相比小麦穗部IAA含量亏缺,而且运输受阻,茎部有IAA积累。无硼处理小麦不同器官中IAA含量及比例都发生变化。B0与B10处理GA3含量变化趋势不同,B0呈低于B10处理的趋势。两个处理的iPA含量变化差异更大,B0处理穗部iPA明显低于B10处理;茎部也是如此,且两个处理变化趋势正相反。无硼处理旗叶ABA含量随生育期逐渐升高,施硼处理基本不变。可能这些变化与缺硼导致的小麦雄性不育有关。The experiment was conducted with solution culture to study the relationship between boron and IAA , GA3, iPA and ABA Content in the Different Organs of Wheat The results showed there was less IAA under the condition of boronfree than B10 treatment, and its transportation was blocked There was accumulation of IAA in stem The content and proportion of IAA in the different organs of wheat were changed Under the condition of B0 and B10, the changes of GA3 content were different The GA3 content in B0 showed a lower trend than that in B10 The variance of iPA content between the two treatments was even more significant The iPA in ear in B0 was apparently lower than that in B10 It was the same case in stem, and what's more the change trends in the two treatments are right opposite The ABA content of flag leaf in B0 gradually increased with the development of the plant, whereas in B10 it was nearly constant All those changes were probably related to the male sterility of wheat caused by borondeficiency
