摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病鼠肾组织核因子κB(NF -κB)的表达和肾功能损害的关系。方法采用微波免疫组化染色法检测大鼠肾组织NF -κB表达水平 ,并分析其与尿蛋白及肾功能的关系。结果糖尿病鼠肾组织NF -κB表达较正常鼠肾组织高 ,与尿蛋白及血肌酐的增高呈正相关关系。结论NF -κB可能在糖尿病肾病发生中有重要作用 ,肾组织中NF -κB的表达可作为反映进行性肾损害的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) in renal tissue of diabetic rat and its relation with renal impairment. Methods The microwave-based immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB in renal tissue of 2 groups rat. At the same time, the correlation between expression of NF-κB and urine protein or renal function in diabetic rat was examined.Results The expression of NF-κB in diabetic rat was higher than that of normal control, the nulnber of positive cells expressing NF-κB in renal tissue of diabetic rat showed a strong correlation with renal function and with urine protein. Conclusion NF-κB may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic rat and the number of postive cells expressing NF-κB may be considered as a predictor of progressive renal injury in diabetic rat.
