摘　　要：目的评价炎症显像剂99Tcm-HMPAO -WBC对女性可疑腹部感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法对 11例怀疑有腹部感染的女性患者行99Tcm-HMPAO -WBC显像 ,显像时间为注入显像后 12 0min、180min。结果 11例患者 7例阳性 ,4例阴性。对比手术、内镜检查以及 6个月随访结果 ,假阳性 1例 ,无假阴性。99Tcm-HMPAO -WBC显像对女性可疑腹部感染性疾病的敏感性、特异性和准确率分别为 10 0 %、80 %和 90 .9%。结论 99Tcm-HMPAO -WBC显像是一种敏感、准确的早期诊断和鉴别女性可疑腹部感染性疾病的方法。Objective To evaluate the infected agent, 99Tc m-HMPAO-WBC’s value of diagnosis in suspected infectious diseases of abdomen in female patients. Methods 11 female patients who were suspected infectious diseases in abdomen were scaned after injection of 99Tc m-HMPAO-WBC 120 minutes and 180 minutes.Results There were 7 positive cases,4 negative cases.Corrected with the results of surgical or endoscopic test or 6 months’follow up,there was only 1 false positive case and there was no false negative case.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate on diagnosis of suspected infectious diseases in abdomen in female patients were 100%、80% and 90.9% respectively.Conclusion 99Tc m-HMPAO-WBC scintigraphy is a sensitively,accurately method of diagnosis and difference the suspected infectious in abdomen in female patients in early stage.
