摘 要:阐述了制约制氧厂氧气放散率的各种因素,分析了公司主要用户生产特点和能耗指标,及采取的相关措施。通过错峰生产及调整高炉富氧量,平衡氧气动态需求量,对机组变负荷范围进行科学论证,找出机组变负荷范围能力,对制氧机人工快速变负荷操作,并对液化膨胀机膨胀端、增压端叶轮进行国产化改造,实现变模式操作。最终达到了降低氧气放散率的目的,达到了降本增效的效果。The factors which restrict the oxygen plant oxygen bleeding rate were expounded,the company's main production characteristics and energy consumption indexes were analyzed,and the related measures were introduced.Through taking the measures of the peak-load-shifting production and adjustment of oxygen enrichment rate in the blast furnace and the dynamic balance of oxygen demand,the scientific verification was carried out to figure out the load varying range and capacity of the oxygen generation unit in order to manually change the unit's load in time.Meanwhile,the localization revamping of the impellers at the turbo expander's expansion and pressure boosting ends were implemented to realize the variable mode operation.Using these methods,the oxygen bleeding rate was reduced and the cost was cut to increase the profits.
