摘  要:对DEL400冷轧磁极钢试样化学成分及金相组织分析,结果表明,导致DEL400冷轧磁极钢屈服强度不合的主要原因是由于与不同成分体系的钢种混浇,混浇头坯的合金元素含量低,从而导致屈服强度偏低,未达到标准要求,并提出了相应的改进措施。In order to analyze the yield strength unqualified courses of DEL400 cold rolled pole steel,the chemical composition and the microstructure of the qualified samples were compared to those of the unqualified.As the result of the comparison,the main courses for the unqualified yield strength were due to the mixing casting of the steels with different chemical composition,which led the alloy content in the transition slab was low and the yield strength was not up to standard.The relevant countermeasures were introduced.
