摘　　要：通过某钢厂在RH精炼过程中出现真空室煤气爆炸事故分析认为,煤气爆炸的根本原因是未对真空室进行预先烘烤加热,且氧枪进行烘烤时未对真空室内点火情况进行确认。针对该事故,制定了一系列防范措施,有效避免了类似事故再次发生。Gas explosion accident happened in the vacuum chamber during the RH refining process in the steel plant.Results show that baking heating for vacuum chamber was not carried out and ignition condition in the vacuum chamber was not confirmed before oxygen lance baking,which led to the accident.For the accident,a series of preventing measures were proposed out,and such accidents were effectively avoided.
