摘　　要：为了实现对空压机的实时监控、动态分析、预警检修以及解决PLC控制系统升级、备件困难的难题,提出采取由空分DCS系统取代现场PLC系统对空压机进行控制的改造方案,详细介绍了项目的实施过程与控制方案,实践证明改造是成功的,不仅提高了压缩机的可靠性、稳定性,更提升了空分机组的自动化水平,便于监控、易于操作,一举多得。In order to realize the real-time monitoring and dynamic analysis of the air compressor and the preventive maintenance,and solve the problems caused by the PLC control system upgrade and the shortage of spare parts,the revamping plan was proposed to replace the DCS system in air separation by the PLC system in this paper.The project execution and the control solution was introduced in detail.As shown by the result,the revamping was successful,not only the reliability and stability of the compressor was improve,but also the automation level of air separation unit to make the monitoring and operation more easier.
