中药启膈方诱导K562凋亡的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:发掘研究中药古方,探讨启膈Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号方剂的抗肿瘤机理,扩大古方的应用范围,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:运用MTT法、Giemsa染色法、ELISA法观察启膈Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号方剂对肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。结果:启膈Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号方均能抑制K562细胞和促进其凋亡。结论:抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡是启膈Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号方剂的抗肿瘤机理之一。Objective:To investigate TCM ancient prescription and observe the anticancer effect of Qige Fang. Methods: Using MTT assay, Giemsa staining, ELISA to observe Qige Fang's cytotoxic effect and how to accelerate the apoptosis of tumor cells in vitro. Results:Qige Fang can significantly show the cytotoxicity of leucocythemia cell line K562, and accelerate the apoptosis of leucocythemia cell line K562. Conclusion: Qige Fang have obvious effect on inhibition of tumor, and the activity is related to accelerate the apoptosis of tumor cells.
