摘  要:某石化厂常减压蒸馏装置常压炉的建设采用模块化施工技术,将炉本体分割成辐射段壁板模块、钢框架、辐射顶、烟道、对流模块等,主要模块在生产车间内生产完成后,运抵现场进行吊装焊接。工序及焊接方法不能照搬以往的现场预制安装经验,从焊接程序及施工工序的合理调整进行论述,分析了辐射壁板模块安装、辐射顶安装过程中容易出现的问题,并提出了优化方法,为提高加热炉施工质量以及为加热炉钢结构设计优化提供建议。The construction of atmospheric pressure furnace of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a petrochemical plant adopts modular construction technology to divide the furnace body into radiant section siding module,steel frame,radiant roof,flue,convection module,etc.The main modules are produced.After the production in the workshop is completed,it is delivered to the site for hoisting and welding.The process and welding method can not copy the previous on-site prefabrication installation experience.This paper discusses from the two aspects of the welding procedure and the reasonable adjustment of the construction process,analyzes the problems that are easy to occur during the installation of the radiant panel module and the installation of the radiant roof,and proposes the optimization method.Suggestions for improving the quality of the furnace construction and optimizing the design of the furnace steel structure.
