摘 要:目的 :研究c -fos和cyclinD1在新生大鼠窒息后肾组织的表达及意义。方法 :4 5只新生大白鼠随机分成 4组 ,即对照组 (13只 ) ,窒息 30min后复氧 2h组 (10只 ) ,窒息 30min后复氧 2 4h组 (11只 ) ,窒息 30min后复氧 4 8h组 (10只 )。制成常压窒息模型。用免疫组化ABC法检测窒息后复氧不同时间点肾组织中c -fos,cyclinD1的表达。结果 :窒息后复氧 2h肾组织c -fos和cyclinD1的阳性细胞数开始增加 ,在 2 4~ 4 8h达高峰。同时c -fos和cyclinD1的表达主要集中在肾小球 ,远曲小管 ,集合管等处的细胞核中 ,而近曲小管的表达弱。结论 :cObjective:To investigate the expression of c-fos and cyclinD 1 after asphyxia in renal tissue of neonatal rats and its significance. Methods: 45 neonatal rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control(n=14),2h post-asphyxia (n=10), 24h post-asphyxia (n=11) and 48h post-asphyxia(n=10). The experiment groups were established by normobaric asphyxia.Expressions of c-fos and cyclinD 1 in kidneys were assayed by the immunohistochemical ABC method.Results:c-fos and cyclinD 1 positive cells in renal tissue began to increase from 2h post-asphyxia and reached the peak at 24h to 48h post-asphyxia.At the same time,c-fos and cyclinD 1were mainly expressed in nuclei of glomerulus,distal tubule, and collecting tubule. However, the expressions of them in proximal tubule were weak.Conclusion: c-fos and cyclinD 1 may be involved in the process of tissue repair and anti-injury in post-asphyxia renal injury.
