血汗净口服液毒理学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察血汗净口服液对小鼠的急性毒性作用和大鼠的长期毒性作用。方法 :按最大给药法一日内分 3次灌服 (96 0g/kg)小鼠 ,观察 7天内动物的死亡情况 ;按不同剂量 (80g/kg、4 0g/kg、2 0g/kg)给大鼠连续灌胃 12周 ,停药 2周 ,检测其血象、血液生化指标、脏器重量及重量指数 ,并做病理切片观察组织形态学变化。结果 :小鼠 7天内未引起死亡 ;大鼠血象、血液生化指标、脏器重量及重量指数检测未见异常 ,病理组织切片无异常改变。结论 :小鼠灌服血汗净 96 0倍于临床剂量 ,大鼠灌服血汗净 80倍、4 0倍、2Objective:To observe the acute and long-term toxicity of XueHanJing(XHJ) oral liquid on mice and rats respectively. Methods: XHJ oral liquid 960g/kg was given to mice in three doses in one day and the mortality of mice was observed in 7days; XHJ 80g/kg, 40g/kg,or 20g/kg was perfused to rats once a day for 12 weeks, 2 weeks after drug withdrawal, hematology, and blood biochemistry were tested and organ weights and weight index were measured, and the pathological changes in major organs were observed. Results: There was no death of mice in 7days, hematology, blood biochemistry, organ weights and weight index of rats were in normal ranges and no pathologic changes in major organs were found by pathologicoanatomic examination.Conclusion: These results suggest that it is safe to use XHJ oral liquid in clinic and there is no acute and chornic toxicity.
