摘 要:用时域和频域方法在0~150℃研究了掺杂Y的PbWO4单晶的介电谱。样品的复电导率和频率有关,故频域测量只能表示为导纳谱而不能将复电导率和复介电常数分开。自由弛豫时域测量中不出现外电场,故只给出用极化分量和响应时间表征的介电谱,而不受电导影响。这些极化分量和形成晶体闪烁发光中心的各种缺陷有关。Both time domain dielectric spectroscopy (TDDS) and frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy(FDDS) of PWO_4 single crystal are studied at temperatures from 0 to 150 ℃. Since complex conductivity of the sample varies with frequency, only total admittance spectrum can be obtained, but conduction can not be seperuted from dielectric effect based on frequency domain measurement.In the case of TDDS,time domain spectrum should not be affected by conduction effects without external electric field applied on the sample during the measurement. Each spectrum is divided into several components characterized by response time and dielectric constant. These components are ascribed to several kinds of defects in the crystal that form scintillation color centers.
