摘　　要：对玉米浸渍水的膜分离过程进行了研究 ,开发出超滤和反渗透联用的分离方法。反渗透浓缩液中蛋白质的截留率为 99.77% ,反渗透透过液中COD值降到 10 0 0左右 ,可用作工艺回用水 ,反渗透浓缩液中可提取乳酸等有用物质 。Membrane separation process of corn high steep-water were studied, Ultrafiltration(UF)combined with Reverse Osmosis(RO)was developed. The retain ratio of protein in concentrate solution passed through the RO membrane was 99.77%.The COD value of the permeate solution fell to 1000mg/L. And the permeate solution could be used as process water. The concentrate solution that retained by the RO membrane could be used as recovering valuable matters, such as lactic acid, and that retained by UF membrane could be made the thick corn liquid.
