摘　　要：介绍了聚合物电磁动态塑化挤出机的结构特点 ,采用ANSYS有限元软件对其模头的流场和温度场进行了模拟计算 ,通过对结果的分析表明 ,振动力场对提高挤出机的性能和挤出制品的质量具有显著效应。The structure and characterization of polymer electromagnetic dynamic plasticating extruder is introduced. Flow and temperature fields in the extrusive die are simulated by using ANSYS software. The analysis based on the results shows that vibration force field has an excellent effect on the extruder performance and extrusive product.
