摘 要:目的 研究大黄对重度充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的细胞因子及氧化应激的作用 ,探索大黄在重度CHF的治疗机制。方法 对重要CHF病人 6 2例 ,分大黄组 35例 ,对照组 30例 ,观察治疗前后血中TNFα、IL- 6、NO、MDA及心衰Baneck评分的变化。结果 治疗前大黄组与对照组在TNFα、IL - 6、NO、MDA及心衰Baneck评分无明显差异 ,P >0 .0 5 ;治疗后由于硝酸酯类的应用 ,除NO两组无显著差异外 ,大黄组TNFα、IL- 6、MDA及心衰Baneck评分均显著低于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 大黄通过拮抗TNFα、IL - 6及抗氧化作用从而有效的改善心功能。Objective:To study the effects of rhubarb on cytokines and oxidative stress in patients with severe congestive heart failure, and research the mechanism of rhubarb in the treatment of severe congestive heart failure.Methods:62 patients with severe congestive heart failure were enrolled in the study, they were divided into two groups: rhubarb group (32 cases), control group(30 cases). The blood samples were taken immediately before and after treatment from all the subjects. Plasma TNFα and IL-6 level were assessed with a sandwich ELISA assay. Plasma NO and MPA were measured by colorimetric analysis.Heart failure baneck score is based on clinical features.Results:No significant difference in TNFa ,IL-6, NO, MDA and heart failure banech score of two groups before treatment (P>0.05) and significant difference in TNFα,IL-6, NO, MPA and Heart Failure Baneck Score after treatment (P<0.05). After therapy plasma TNFα, IL-6, MPA levels in rhubarb group were significantly lower than that in control group, but no significant difference in NO level in two groups because of using nitric drugs. Conclusion:Rhubarb can effectively improve heart function by reducing plasma TNFα, IL-6 ,MPA levels.
