芍甘海贝蒲术汤对白鼠的镇痛及抗胃溃疡作用研究

摘　　要：目的 研究芍甘海贝蒲术汤对白鼠的镇痛及抗胃溃疡作用。方法 应用小鼠热板法及醋酸扭体法观察中药的镇痛作用;观察预先应用中药对应激、乙醇及幽门结扎所诱发的胃粘膜损伤的影响;观察连续应用中药14d后醋酸性胃粘膜损伤的愈合情况;同时检测胃粘膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果 芍甘海贝蒲术汤具有显著的镇痛作用(P<0.05或0.01);能显著抑制应激、乙醇及幽门结扎性胃粘膜损伤,加速醋酸性胃溃疡的愈合(P<0.05或0.01);显著增加胃粘膜组织SOD含量,减低MDA的生成(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 芍甘海贝蒲术汤具有良好的镇痛及抗胃溃疡作用,其抗溃疡机理可能与氧自由基的清除有关。Objective The effects of analgesia and anti - ulcer of SHAOGAN HAIBEI PUSHU decoction on experimental animals were investigated. Methods The analgesic effect was studied through mouse acetic acid wrestling and hot - plate methods. By measuring the content of the combination of gastric wall with mucusal SOD and MDA, we could observe the protective effect of precedingly offering Chinese drugs on gastric mucosa with alcohol, pylorus ligation and stress to make acute gastric mucosa injury, and the healing of acetic acid - induced gastric ulcer after continuously using these drugs 14 days. Results SHAOGAN HAIBEI PUSHU decoction could markedly increase SOD and decrease MDA ( P<0.05 or 0.01), so that it had analgesic effect ( P <0.05 or 0.01), could markedly inhibite the formation of the gastric ulcer induced by stress, alcohol and pylorus ligation, and also accelerate the healing of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid ( P < 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that the effective analgesia and antiulcer of SHAOGAN HAIBEI PU decoction may be related to the cleaning of free radicals.
