摘　　要：目前我国大型的物流企业集团处于蓬勃发展的非常时期。本文将从网络体系、运作模式、组织结构三方面对如何构建物流企业集团进行了探讨,可为我国物流企业集团的组建及运营提供参考。Nowadays, big logistics enterprise groups are booming in China. Focusi ng on three aspects, namely network system, operation mode and organization stru cture, this paper discusses how to construct a logistics enterprise group, which will offer practical references to building up and operating competitive logist ics enterprise group.
