海南狗牙花化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究海南狗牙花根皮的化学成分。方法 :柱色谱等方法进行分离 ,NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果与结论 :分离得到 5个化合物 ,(+ )异落叶松脂醇 9 O β D 葡萄糖苷、环阿廷醇、β 香树脂醇乙酸酯、β 谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷 。Objective: To study the chemical constitue nt s of Ervatamia hainanensis. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, and identified by IR, MS, NMR and 2D-NMR. Result: Five compounds were i dentified asⅠ(isolariciresinol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside), Ⅱ(cycloa rtenol), Ⅲ(β-amyrin acetate), Ⅳ(β-sitosterol),Ⅴ(daucosterol), respectivel y. Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this p lant for the first time.
