摘　　要：张介宾是明代杰出医家 ,其主要著作《景岳全书》继承了《中藏经》关于脏腑辨证的方法和内容 ,并与八纲、气血、病因辨证相结合 ,发展丰富了脏腑辨证学说 ,建立二纲六变的辨证体系 ,他承先启后 ,为后世辨证理论的发展奠定了基础。Zhang Jiebin was a prominent physician in the Ming dynasty. In his work, Jing yue quan shu (Jingyue's Complete Works), he inherited the method and content of differentiation of syndromes by zang-fu viscera advocated in Zhong zang jing (Treasured Classic), and combined it with differentiation of syndromes by eight principles, qi-blood and etiology. Thus, he enriched and developed the theory of differentiation of syndromes by zang-fu viscera, established the systems of two principles and six changes. All of these laid a foundation for the development of theory of differentiation of syndromes in later ages.
