摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量白蛋白在重症烧伤病人中的临床应用及效果。方法随机选取于2012年11月至2013年9月间我院收治的重症烧伤病患,共计58例。分为治疗组和对照组,各29例,治疗组患者给予20%剂量白蛋白,对照组患者给予临床常规治疗剂量。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组在血清白蛋白恢复变化以及并发症发生情况等方面均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论大剂量白蛋白治疗重症烧伤患者临床具有良好效果,能显著提高患者血清白蛋白含量恢复情况,降低烧伤并发症的发生,值得临床广泛推广及深入研究。Objective To study the large dose of albumin in severe burn patients in the clinical application and effect. Methods Randomly selected from november 2012 to September 2012 of our hospital between severe burn patients, a total of 58 cases. Divided into the treatment group and control group, all the 29 cases, the treatment group patients give 20%dose of albu-min, control group patients give clinical routine treatment dose. contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results Treatment group in serum albumin recovery and complications were significantly better than that in control group, P<0.05) . conclusion Large dose of albumin in clinical treatment of severe burn patients with good effect, can significantly improve pa-tients with serum albumin content recovery, reduce burn complications, is worth to be widely and clinical research.
