不同年限2型糖尿病患者的肺功能改变分析

摘　　要：目的:探究通过分析2型糖尿病患者在发病之后肺通气以及弥散性功能的改变,并和健康人群进行比较,探讨不同患病年限对为2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者肺功能的相关影响。方法:采用德国产JAEJER Master Screen Pneumo型体电脑化肺功能仪检测肺通气以及弥散功能,将97例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,将60例健康人群作为对照组,对这两组的测量结果进行比较。同时对观察组患者在不同的年限下肺功能相应的变化情况进行比较。结果:观察组中患者总的肺活量、用力肺活量、以及一秒用力呼气量和一氧化碳弥散量均明显低于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组患者肺功能损害与糖尿病病程有明显相关(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者其肺的通气性功能以及弥漫性功能存在一定的障碍,并且其肺功能的损害性程度和本身的糖尿病病程有着直接的关系。Objective: To explore through the analysis of patients with type 2 diabetes after the onset of pulmonary ventilation and dispersion function in,and are compared with healthy people,length of investigate the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) impact lung function. Method: by Germany JAEJER Master Screen Pneumo- body computerised pulmonary ventilation and dispersion function in pulmonary function testing,as observer group in 97 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,60 cases of healthy people as a control group,and compare the two sets of measurements. While under the observation of groups of patients in different age compares corresponding changes in lung function. Results: group total vital capacity,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and carbon monoxide diffusing capacity were significantly lower than the normal group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),looking at groups of patients with pulmonary dysfunction associated with diabetes duration significantly( P < 0.01). Conclusion: of pulmonary ventilation function among patients with type 2 diabetes and diffuse functions,there are some obstacles,and its degree of impaired lung function and duration of diabetes mellitus in itself has a direct relationship.
