摘　　要：椎管内麻醉指的是将麻醉药物注入到椎管的硬膜外腔或者蛛网膜下腔,脊神经根受到阻滞后,导致该神经根支配区域产生麻醉作用。根据不同的注入位置,椎管内麻醉主要包括蛛网膜下腔麻醉、腰硬联合麻醉、硬膜外麻醉以及骶管阻滞麻醉等种类。intraspinal anesthesia refers to the anesthetic is injected into the spinal epidural or subarachnoid,spinal nerve root by block,leading to the nerve root innervation area produced anesthetic effect. According to the different injection location,intraspinal anesthesia include subarachnoid anesthesia,combined spinal epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia and caudal block anesthesia and other types of.
