摘  要:目的探讨胎儿静脉导管(DV)波形与先天性心脏畸形的关系。方法选取2012年6月至2014年5月我院收治的经产前超声诊断确诊为先天性心脏病(CHD)的胎儿48例作为观察组,选取同期52例正常胎儿作为对照组,检测胎儿的静脉导管血流频谱,分析静脉导管波形与先天性心脏畸形的关系。结果观察组患儿中有19例出现静脉导管血流频谱异常,主要为DV舒张末期血流(A波)反转或消失,DV异常率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉导管血流频谱异常可作为先天性心脏畸形的重要筛选指标。Objective to study the fetal venous catheter (DV) waveform's relationship with congenital cardiac malforma_tions. Selection. Methods in June 2012 to May 2014, our hospital after antenatal sonographic diagnosis of congenital heart dis_ease ( CHD) diagnosis of fetal 48 cases as observation group, select the 52 cases of normal fetus for the same period as the control group, detection of fetal venous catheter blood flow spectrum, analyzes the relations between venous catheter waveform with congenital cardiac malformations. Results the observation group 19 cases with venous catheter in children with abnormal blood flow spectrum, mainly for DV end_diastolic blood flow ( A wave) inversion or disappear, DV abnormal rate is signifi_cantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion abnormal venous catheter blood flow spectrum can be used as a congenital cardiac abnormalities of important screening index.
