逍遥散对中老年女性膝关节骨关节炎患者性激素水平影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察逍遥散对中老年女性膝关节骨关节炎(膝OA)患者性激素水平的影响,探讨逍遥散治疗膝OA的可能作用机制。方法选取我院骨科门诊女性膝OA患者60例,随机分为中药组、西医组各30例。中药组服用逍遥丸9周、西药组服用硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊9周,治疗前、后与体检中心选择的30例50~65岁无膝关节症状的女性体检人员均空腹抽血检测雌二醇、睾丸酮含量,数据经统计学处理。结果膝OA组患者年龄较正常组小,血清雌二醇含量较正常组低;中药组治疗后血清雌二醇含量明显升高,并明显高于西药组(P>0.05)。结论逍遥散通过影响中老年女性雌二醇含量变化可能为膝OA患者的治疗提供一种更理想的选择。Objective To explore the influence of sex hormone levels with Xiaoyaosan to menopausal women Knee Osteoarthritis(Short for Knee OA) and approach the mechanism.Method Choose 60 female patients with knee OA.Randomly divided into 2 small groups: Chinese-Medicine group and Western-Medicine group, 30 females for each small group. The patients in Chinese-Medicine group takes Xiaoyaosan pill and Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules for the patients in Western-Medicine group, 9 weeks a period. Then 30 females without symptoms of knee OA from the physical examination center as normal group, all patients were fasting blood tested with female hormone and testosterone level before and after treatment, data were statistically processed.Results The average age of patients in Knee-OA group is smaller than the normal group, however, the female hormone level for Knee-OA Group is lower than normal group, to compare with Chinese-Medicine group and Western-Medicine group, the female hormone level for Chinese-Medicine group is much more higher than Western-Medicine group, statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionXiaoyaosan could change the content of estradiol for menopausal women, it may provide a better choice for the treatment of patients with knee OA.
