重组人白介素-11在肺癌化疗血小板减少治疗后诱发心律失常12例的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的总结12例肺癌血小板减少患者使用重组人白介素-11治疗后诱发心律失常的护理体会。方法肺癌化疗患者出现血小板减少,遵医嘱使用重组人白介素-11后及时给予全程遥测心电监护,密切观察生命体征,尤其是心率、心律的变化,倾听患者主诉,同时做好健康指导。结果 12例肺癌血小板减少患者使用重组人白介素-11,发生房颤10例,心动过速2例,经对症治疗及护理后好转,心律恢复正常。结论使用重组人白介素-11医护人员应加以重视,高度关注患者的心脏相关症状和体征,特别是心率、心律的变化,定期复查心电图,并给予积极对症治疗和护理。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 12 patients with lung cancer of chemotherapy associated thrombocytopenia induced by recombinant human interleukin-11(IL-11). Methods In patients with lung cancer chemotherapy, thrombocytopenia occurs, after the use of recombinant human interleukin-11 in accordance with the doctor's instructions, timely telemetry monitoring is performed, and vital signs are closely observed, especially the changes of heart rate, heart rhythm, listen to the patient complaints, as well as health guidance. Results 12 cases of lung cancer patients with thrombocytopenia using IL-11, atrial fibrillation occurred in 10 cases, tachycardia in 2 cases, after symptomatic treatment and nursing improved, the heart rate returned to normal. Conclusion Medical attention should be pay attention to the use of recombinant human interleukin-11, and pay high attention to the heart related symptoms and signs of the patient, especially the changes of heart rate, heart rhythm, regular check electrocardiogram, and give symptomatic treatment and nursing.
