钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石围术期护理干预减少术后并发症发生的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的围术期护理方法及应用效果。方法收集至本院就诊的60例输尿管结石患者(2015年1月18日-2016年6月20日),采用奇偶数分组模式,其中对常规组采用一般护理,对实验组给予围手术期综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者拔管时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05),术后VAS评分为(2.35±0.82)分,明显低于常规组(P<0.05);实验组与常规组术后并发症发生率分别为13.33%与36.67%(P<0.05)。结论对输尿管结石患者采用钬激光碎石术进行治疗的效果显著,给予围手术期综合护理干预便于降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,值得实践推广。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing method and application effect of holmium lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods collection of 60 cases of ureteral calculi patients to our hospital(January 18, 2015-June 20, 2016), use odd even grouping mode, the conventional group was given the general nursing, the comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention was used in the experimental group, compared two groups of patients nursing effect. Results In the experimental group, the time of tube extraction, the time of the anal vent and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter than the conventional group(P<0.05), and the postoperative VAS score was(2.35±0.82), significantly lower than the normal group(P<0.05); The incidence rate of postoperative complications in experimental group was 13.33% and in conventional group was 36.67% respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment effect is remarkable, given comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten hospitalization time, is worth popularizing practice.
