新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目开展和监测分析情况评价

摘　　要：搞要:目的分析新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目,了解本县艾滋病预防工作的实际情况。对项目的产出价值进行分析,并对实施过程中的经验和不足之处进行总结,保证该项目的持续效应和作用得到最大限度的发挥,为项目的成果评价及推价转化等提供参考依据。方法对新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目开展情况相关资料进行整理收集,采用艾滋病考核合格的初采实验室的标准下进行实验,展开研究分析。本县实验室是县级初采实验室,初采实验室阳性者继续报上地区级确认实验室,本实验室本品应用酶联免疫双抗原夹心原理,采用基因工程抗原gp41和gp36包被微孔板,用基因工程HIV-1和HIV-2嵌合抗原ENV18标记辣根过氧化物酶,与其他试剂组成试剂盒,应用双抗原夹心法检测人血清和血浆中的人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体。结果自新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目开展以来,共进行大众人群宣传174621人次,高危人群干预宣传活动16318人次,抗病毒治疗191例,抗机会性感染治疗213例,艾滋病自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling&testing,VCT)12600人次,艾滋病病毒(human immunodefi ciency virus,HIV)感染者/患者随访2710人次,关怀1050人次。高危人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率有一定的提高,其行为也发生明显改变。结论新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目的开展成效满意,探索了一些有效的可持续发展的艾滋病防治模式,工作机制和工作平台得以建立和完善,促进了以政府主导、多部门合作、全社会共同参与的艾滋病防治工作新局面的形成。Objective To analyze the AIDS project in Luopu county of Hotan prefecture of Xinjiang, to understand the actual situation of AIDS prevention work in our county. Summarize the experience and shortcomings in the project implementation, analyze the output value of the project, maximize the continuing effect and role of the project, and provide reference for the evaluation of the results and the transformation of the price. Methods Collect the related information of AIDS project in Luopu county of Hotan prefecture in Xinjiang, experiments were carried out under the criteria of the preliminary laboratory for HIV testing, conduct research and analysis. Our county laboratory is the county level primary mining laboratory, initial laboratory positives continue to be reported to regional level confirmation laboratories, in our laboratory, the principle of enzyme linked double antigen sandwich was used, the microporous plates were coated with genetically engineered antigens gp41 and gp36, horseradish peroxidase was labeled with genetic engineering HIV-1 and HIV-2 chimeric antigen ENV18, kits with other reagents, detection of human immunodeficiency virus antibodies in human serum and plasma by double antigen sandwich assay. Results Since the implementation of AIDS project in Luopu county of Hotan prefecture of Xinjiang, mass publicity 174621 person-times, high risk crowd intervention campaigns were carried out 16318 person-times, antiviral therapy in 191 cases, anti opportunistic infections are treated in 213 cases, HIV voluntary counseling and testing(voluntary counseling & testing, VCT) 12600 person-times, HIV(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV) infected person/patients were followed up for 2710 person-times, caring for 1050 person-times. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among high-risk groups has been improved, and the behavior has been significantly changed.
