摘 要:目的用测定发砷含量的方法,预测头发砷含量的高低和地砷病发病间是否存在相关关系。方法在陕南燃煤型地方性砷中毒流行区,按不同性别和不同年龄组分别采集头发样品,并测定其砷含量,同时进行流行病学调查。结果调查资料显示,不同年龄组间发砷含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),男女性别间发砷含量亦无显著性差异(P>0.05),发砷含量与地砷病发病之间无显著的正相关关系(r=0.268,P=0.051)。结论把发砷含量作为燃煤型地方性砷中毒病区划分指标相关性较低,仅供参考。Objective To predict whether there is a correlation between the level of hair arsenic and endemic arsenic poisoning by using the method of mensuration of arsenic content. Methods At the coal-burning type endemic arsenic poisoning area of the southern part of Shaanxi, according to gender and age classification, sample the hair and then determine the arsenic content, carry on the epidemiological investigation. Results The survey data shows there were no significant differences in the arsenic content in hair among different age groups(P>0.05),the arsenic content in hair had no significant differences between male and female(P>0.05).There were no significant positive differences between endemic arsenic poisoning and arsenic content in hair(r=0.268,P=0.051).Conclusion There is low correlation between using arsenic content in hair as indicator and delimitating the coal-burning type endemic arsenic poisoning area, only for reference.
