温阳活血方治疗阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温阳活血方对阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法用随机数字表法将60例缓慢性心律失常患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组予以温阳活血方治疗,对照组予以心宝丸治疗,对比观察两组疗效。结果两组治疗后平均心率较前均有提升,且观察组较对照组心率增加更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后证候积分及总有效率相比,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳活血方对于治疗阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常患者效果好,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenyang Huoxue recipe on the treatment of chronic heart arrhythmia of Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome. Methods 60 patients with tardy arrhythmia according to random number table method were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given Wenyang Huoxue recipe treatment, the control group was given Xinbao pill treatment,the clinical effect was compared. Results The average heart rate of the two groups was improved after treatment, and the increase in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, symptom score and total efficiency of the observation group were than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Wenyang Huoxue recipe on the treatment of Yang deficiency blood stasis and chronic arrhythmia is significant.
