持续质量改进在消毒供应中心质量管理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨质量持续改进在消毒供应中心质量管理工作中的效果。方法在消毒供应中心的每一个环节中都渗透了持续质量改进措施,对发现的质量隐患进行分析讨论、查找原因,制定整改措施,同时不断提升了工作质量。结果经过6年的不断努力,消毒供应中心的工作质量显著升高了,工作者对专业知识的掌握率由50%上升为97%,灭菌物品的监测率由65%上升到100%,临床科室的满意度由70%上升到98%。结论持续质量改进能有效地提高消毒供应中心的工作质量,对医疗安全和服务保障起到重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of quality continuous improvement in the quality management of disinfection supply center. Methods In disinfection supply center infiltrated every aspect of continuous quality improvement measures, to analysis found that the quality of the hidden trouble, find the reason, formulate corrective measures, at the same time improve the quality of work. Results After six years of continuous efforts, a significant rise in the quality of disinfection supply center work, workers mastery of professional knowledge rate increased from 50% to 97%, sterilization items the monitoring rate rose from 65% to 100%, the satisfaction degree of the clinical departments from 70% to 98%. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the work quality of disinfection supply center and play an important role in medical security and service guarantee.
