蒙药山沉香的化学成分和药理活性研究

摘　　要：山沉香为蒙药特色药材,局限分布于内蒙与宁夏的贺兰山地区,临床上多用于治疗冠心病心绞痛等心肺疾病。现代研究显示,山沉香主要含木脂素、倍半萜和挥发油类,显示出抗心肌缺血等功效。目前在我国对于山沉香的研究还不是很详细,所建立的研究范围与研究实验还是很有局限性的,对于山沉香的研究还要更加开阔领域,将山沉香没有发现的潜在资源优势发掘出来,将这种药物的更多药用价值开发出来,为更多的患者造福。该文从山沉香的原植物分类、药用资源、化学成分及药理活性等方面对其进行归纳总结,以期为相关的药用资源利用、药效物质阐明及开发应用等奠定基础。Mountain aloes is a Mongolian medicine, limited distribution in the area of helan mountain in ningxia, and used to treat cardiopulmonary diseases such as angina pectoris. Modern studies have shown that mountain aloes mainly contain lignin, sesquiterpene and volatile oil, showing the efficacy of anti-myocardial ischemia. At present in our country for mountain aloes research also is not very detailed, the established research scope and research is very limited, more research should be done in the field of mountain aloes, excavated the potential advantages of the mountain aloes not found and will be the more developed, medicinal value of the drug for more patients benefit. In this paper, from the original plant classification of the mountain aloes medicinal resource, chemical constituents and pharmacological activity to sum up, in order to related medicinal resource utilization, medicinal material, and the application of development lay the foundation of formulating.
