比较开放式、完壁式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建对中耳胆脂瘤治疗价值

摘　　要：目的探究中耳胆脂瘤患者运用开放式、完壁式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建治疗的实际临床价值。方法选取130例在2016年1月至2018年4月本院收治的中耳胆脂瘤患者,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(开放式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建治疗)和对照组(完壁式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建治疗)各65人。比较两组患者听力重建成功率及术后干耳率发生情况。结果相比于对照组(63.08%),观察组听力重建成功率(66.15%)与其差异不显著(P>0.05);但观察组术后干耳率(84.62%)明显高于对照组(98.46%),(P<0.05)。结论相比于完壁式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建治疗,中耳胆脂瘤患者运用开放式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建治疗后,在提高听力重建成功率的同时,还存在较高的术后干耳率,其临床价值十分显著。Objective To explore the clinical value of open and complete wall tympanoplasty with ossicular chain reconstruction in patients with middle ear cholesteatoma. Methods 130 cases of middle ear cholesteatoma were selected in our hospital in January 2016-2018 April. According to the principle of random grouping, the patients were divided into the observation group(open tympanic forming with ossicular chain reconstruction) and the control group(complete wall tympanoplasty with ossicular chain reconstruction), each 65 people. The success rate of hearing reconstruction and postoperative dry ear rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(63.08%), the success rate of hearing reconstruction(66.15%) in the observation group was not significant(P>0.05), but the postoperative dry ear rate(84.62%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(98.46%),(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the treatment of mural tympanoplasty with ossicular chain reconstruction, the patients with middle ear cholesteatoma have a high postoperative ear rate, and the clinical value is very significant when the open tympanoplasty with ossicular chain reconstruction is used to improve the success rate of hearing reconstruction.
