糖尿病肾病患者采取补脾益肾汤配合针灸治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者采取补脾益肾汤配合针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者88例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组行基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补脾益肾汤配合针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的70.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补脾益肾汤配合针灸治疗糖尿病肾病的效果明显,值得进一步推广应用。Objective to investigate clinical effect of Invigorating Spleen and Kidney Decoction Combined with acupuncture in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods choose 88 cases diabetic nephropathy patients randomly, divide them into control group(n =44) and observation group(n =44) according to random digital table method. Control group was treated with basic treatment, while observation group with Invigorating Spleen and Kidney Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group.Compare curative effects of two groups. Results total effective rate of observation group was 90.91%, higher than control group(70.45%), difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). TCM syndrome scores of observation group were lower than control group, difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Invigorating Spleen and Kidney Decoction combined with acupuncture has significant effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
