改良小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析对于桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者应用改良小夹板外固定法进行治疗,并探究治疗所取得的效果。方法将本院在2017年5月至2018年5月期间收治的桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者共计88例作为研究对象,为了接下来的比较分析将全部患者分组:一组为治疗组,一组为对照组,每组患者有44例。给治疗组患者应用改良小夹板外固定治疗,对照组患者应用超腕夹板外固定方法治疗,经过治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果比较两组患者的治愈率,治疗组的治愈率稍微比对照组患者的高,两组患者的结果比较,无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比两组患者的并发症发生率情况,治疗组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者,两组对比,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论对于桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者应用改良小夹板外固定方法进行治疗,能够取得较好的治疗效果,值得在临床中推荐使用。Objective To analyze the effect of improved small splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods A total of 88 patients with distal radial fractures in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were studied, in order to compare and analyze all the patients, one group was treatment group, and another group was control group, 44 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with improved small splint external fixation, and the control group was treated with extra wrist splint external fixation. After treatment, the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results compared the cure rate of the two groups of patients, the cure rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group, and the results of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence of complications in the two groups was compared, the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The improved small splint external fixation for distal extension fracture of the radius can achieve better therapeutic effect and should be recommended in clinical practice.
