中药穴位贴敷在预防肛肠科术后患者尿潴留的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷在预防肛肠科术后患者尿潴留中的应用效果。方法将180例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各90例。实验组采用肛肠科患者常规的护理措施与具有温经活血的中药穴位贴敷三阴交、气海两穴。对照组在实验组方法的基础上,将中药穴位贴敷改为安慰剂。观察两组患者术后尿潴留及导尿发生率。结果实验组术后尿潴留及导尿发生率明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷可以有效减少肛肠科术后患者尿潴留及导尿发生率,提高患者的舒适性。Objective To observe the effect of Acupoint Application on preventing urinary retention after anorectal surgery. Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 90 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted routine nursing measures of anorectal patients and acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine with warm meridian and activating blood to apply two points of Sanyinjiao and Qi Hai. On the basis of the experimental group method, the control group change the acupoint application of Chinese medicine to placebo. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and catheterization in the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and catheterization in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention and catheterization and improve the comfort of patients after anorectal surgery.
