摘　　要：医院志愿者服务是医院文化品牌建设的重要载体,是构建和谐医患关系、提升医院服务品质和水平的重要桥梁。医院总结、探索、提炼出适合我院实际和特色的多元化志愿服务体系,提高了医院志愿服务的科学化、规范化、专业化水平,促进了医院志愿服务长效发展。Hospital volunteer service is an important carrier for the construction of hospital culture brand, and an important bridge for the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the improvement of hospital service quality.The hospital has summarized、explored and refined a diversified voluntary service system suitable for our hospital’s reality and characteristics,it has improved the scientific, standardized and professional level of hospital voluntary service and promoted the long-term development of hospital voluntary service.
